We took a family day road trip to Kansas City. We got up really early
and left the house at 6:05am! Loaded with blankets, pillows, jammies and
extra clothes just in case, we headed for the boarder. We arrived at
our first stop, breakfast at Sucatash. Vernon and I went here for
breakfast when we came down for his continuing education. They have
yummy vegan options and we loved the eclectic atmosphere. The kids
enjoyed their blueberry pancakes!
