Computer Probs...

We took Sophie to Boys Town last night for her to run off some energy and stretch her legs. She rode her trike around.

I ran into my old family teachers the Gomes family. This is their little girl Nolan. She just turned 3.

Sophie got to run and run and run. She loved it!!!

My computer all of a sudden had this on the screen. We took it in tonight to get it looked at and the screen is cracked. BUMMER!!! We are trying to find the receipt to see if we got the extended warranty. Cross your fingers!

We had a busy morning. Vollen had his 9 month well-baby check up.

The doctor didn't have much to say, just that Vollen is doing great!

Here are the numbers!

Down Syndrome Growth Chart:

Weight: 18lbs. 12oz. 85%

Height: 28 1/4 in. 85%

Head: 42 1/2 cm 50%

Compared to Typical Children's Growth Chart:

Weight: 25%

Height: 25%

Head: 10%

Then we had therapy right after the doctor.
The OT was very impressed with what all he is doing now. She thought it was fabulous that he is just about crawling and his form looked really good. She liked his ricking back and forth. She even like the push-ups! There is only a couple things that he really needs to work on. Getting from laying down to sitting on his own was one and bending his legs more in sitting, etc... But other than that he is just doing fabulous and right on track!

Lunch with Friends

Today we had over Addison and Jenni for lunch.
We had some Taco Salad. The girls got to play for a little bit and Jenni and I got to chat.

It was a fun afternoon. Then we all took a nap! Tomorrow is a BUSY day!!!

Sleep Schedule

Bubba's sleep schedule has been off lately during the day. He doesn't have set nap times, but I think I need to set some. He gets tired earlier in the evening and I put him down for a nap, but he could probably just sleep from then until morning, but I haven't been giving him his cereal I lay him down, so we end up having to wake him feed him his cereal and put him back down. I don't like doing that.

This afternoon Sophie was trying to put on her baby's clothes. She was getting frustrated and mad and said, "This is terrible!" I said what did you say? And she said it again. I was laughing so hard. I don't know where she has heard this. It was really funny though.
