Vollen took a strange turn this week. I have noticed a big jump in his language. Yesterday alone, he probably said 10 new phrases. He said "Applesauce" and did the sign for apple. He said, "I did it!" and "Good Boy". He is 'getting it' and I am just amazed. It's like it is all starting to click. I am super excited and I love that he is able to communicate with me more. It's so much fun!

Girls Craft Night
Jenni had Renee and I over to do some crafting tonight. It was nice to be kid free for a while!
I will post the final projects when we all get them completed.
Renee made cake mix truffles. She even made some for me with Almond Milk instead of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Wasn't that sweet of her? And guess what? The Almond Milk ones were way better, everyone agreed! Yay!!!
We always have fun and help each other come up with great ideas. I love having girl / craft time away from the kids. It's a nice break. Thanks Vernon for playing Mr. Mom tonight!

Sleepy Feet
Yesterday Vollen didn't have his morning nap and was so tired by lunch time. He had a snack while I was getting lunch ready. He was so tired he fell asleep before he even ate lunch!
