Potty Training

I have some ROCKSTAR potty trainers on my hands. We started when I got home from work in underwear. Vollen only had one tiny pee accident right at the beginning otherwise, we went the entire afternoon and evening with NO accidents and they each went about 15 times on the potty. Mama's tired, but the more times they do it, the more practice they get!!! We will be fully potty trained by the end of summer. They are both MORE than ready, just need to get consistent. Way to go boys!!!!

Glass Fusion Class

My mom bought a Groupon for the two of us to do a Glass Fusion class. It was AWESOME!!!!

 There were tons of buckets of glass pieces to search through.

 Wednesday nights are "Ladies Night Out" and that is when we could use the Groupon. We had so much fun learning about glass and how different types work AND learning how to cut glass and build the pieces. It was EASY and fun!!! 

 The hardest part is figuring out what kind of design you want to make.

 What I will do the next time I go is figure out what I want to do for the design BEFOREHAND by looking online at other glass fusion pieces and get some ideas and go in already knowing what I want to create, then just finding the pieces and colors to make what I already have in mind. 

 The Groupon covered one piece but, we could make a second piece for just $12 more! You can make a key chain, ring, necklace pendant, broach or earings. Each of those count as one piece.

 I made two necklace pendants.

 Mom made a necklace pendant and a pair of earrings to match for her 2 pieces.

 We would definitely do it again.

 I absolutely love them and wear them all the time! They are pretty big, about 2 1/2 inches long! I can't wait to go back and make different ones with different colors to wear with more outfits!
