Backed Up

I haven't been blogging lately and I have missed it. I didn't even realize how much, until I couldn't do it. I hate when I don't have ANY time to write a post. I had a deadline today and am happy to report that I have FINALLY FINISHED MY WEDDING ALBUM!!!! That's right, I said wedding album ~ as in, from our wedding 5 years ago! I just had to have a little fire lit under me, that's all! Most of it was done 4+ years ago and just needed final touches, but it feels really good to not have that hanging over my head anymore. YEAH!!!

We had visitors today. Lori & Mark from New York were in town for a wedding and came to visit! It was nice to see them. It has been over a year since I was in their wedding!

What I've been up to...

So, I volunteered to help out my cousin Dave & his wife Sarah with their nursery mural. They have both done so much for us, this was a great way I could give back. Sarah found this mural on the web and wanted to do it in her own nursery. I thought it was SO cute! So for the past few weeks I have been going over to their house and painting it for them. Tonight I finally finished! Here is what mine came out like:
We decided to have the tree go onto the other wall too.
I think it turned out really good.

Messy spaghetti face.

Isn't this the standard face kids get when they slurp their spaghetti? I think every person has a picture from their childhood of themselves with a messy, saucy face!
