Cake Mix Cookies

Thought I would share the easiest recipes I have ever made. It has three ingredients.

1 box of any flavor cake mix (I like Funfetti, but any flavor is great)

1 stick butter, room temperature

1 egg

Mix all together (be patient - it takes about 3 minutes of mixing with hand mixer to come together like cookie dough)

Spray cookie sheet, form into balls, bake at 350 for about 9-11 minutes.

Watch carefully! Take them out when they are just starting to get a tiny golden on top. The first batch takes about 11 minutes the second will take about 9. Let them sit on the sheet after you take them out of the oven for a couple minutes to set up, then transfer to a cooling rack.

Sesame Street Live

Tonight we took the girls to see Elmo in Sesame Street Live 1,2,3! It was my neighbors Jenni and Addi, My brother Ricky & Abby and Skyler & Rylee, my mom and Sophie and I.

We went out for pizza before the show. The daddy's joined us too!

Sophie was just playing around with the box from Daddy's gift from Santa!

He loves playing with his feet. Anytime he doesn't have socks on he plays with them...even in the tub.

Sophie played with Play-Doh ALL DAY LONG. I love that it keeps her so entertained, but I had to move her onto the tile since she drops little pieces on the floor and I was tired of digging them out of the carpet. It is much easier to wipe them off the tile!
